Welcome to our virtual dojo. We are located in the Reno and Sparks Nevada area. We are a member of the Isshinryu World Karate Association and part of the Texas Isshinryu Karate Kai. The style that we study is Isshinryu which means "One Heart Way". Our school is not just about self defense, we also focus on flexibility, discipline/respect, fitness, weight-loss, concentration, confidence, strength, balance/coordination, and stress relief, If you are looking for a school that trains hard but has fun doing so come try out a class on us.

The Nevada Isshinryu Karate Kai is
having its 1st Annual Car Wash to raise funds for Turnament Fees and
Training Equipment. We would like to invite everyone from the
Reno/Sparks area to come and participate in the car wash. Tickets are

Shiai
Our
Spring
Shiai will be held on April 3, 2010. There will be a special workout
from 9:30am to 12:30pm. All Students are required to attend the special
workout. The Shiai will start at 1:00pm and go till 3:00pm. After the
Shiai we will have a Dinner and be entertained by the students
performing skits.
