Welcome to our virtual dojo. We are located in the Reno and Sparks Nevada area. We are a member of the Isshinryu World Karate Association and the Texas Isshinryu Karate Kai. The style that we study is Isshinryu which means "One Heart Way". Our school is not just about self defense, we also focus on flexibility, discipline/respect, fitness, weight-loss, concentration, confidence, strength, balance/coordination, and stress relief, If you are looking for a school that trains hard but has fun doing so come try out a class on us.

Class Change for Saturday 25th
On
Saturday June 25th, 2011 we will meet at
the Main Dojo at 10:00am but because Sensei Freeman is
having an in house tournament we will be posting
fliers in nearby stores instead of having a regular
class.

Spring
Shiai
will be held on April 3, 2010. There will be a special
workout from 9:30am to 12:30pm. All Students are
required to attend the special workout. The Shiai will
start at 1:00pm and go till 3:00pm. After the Shiai we

performing skits.
